Hosting & Availability Policy

WA FollowUp Manager depends on web hosting, databases, scheduled cron requests, DNS, SSL, payment services, email services, and external WhatsApp providers.

No Uptime Guarantee

Unless a separate written service agreement states otherwise, no guaranteed uptime, response time, delivery time, backup frequency, or recovery time is provided.

Resource Limits

Hosting providers may impose CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, execution-time, database, email, and cron limits. The operator may throttle or suspend unusually heavy use to protect service stability.

Cron and Scheduled Processing

Queue jobs require a working scheduler. A configured cron may run later than its nominal interval due to hosting or external scheduler conditions. Users should monitor Queue and Logs rather than assuming that a saved schedule guarantees processing.

Backups

Users should maintain independent exports or backups of critical contacts and campaign information. Hosting backups may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or retained according to the host’s policy.

Maintenance and Changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security patches, migrations, upgrades, provider changes, or emergency action. Features and integrations may change when external APIs change.
