Usage Policy
WA FollowUp Manager is intended for permission-based business follow-up and operational messaging.
Required Practices
Maintain verifiable consent, including the source, date, purpose, and evidence where appropriate; identify the sender; provide a reasonable opt-out method; honor opt-out requests; use accurate content; control sending frequency; and follow applicable laws and provider policies. Do not remove or bypass suppression records without renewed documented consent.
Business Result Responsibility
You are responsible for your own offers, copywriting, audience targeting, pricing, follow-up strategy, legal compliance, and business decisions. The service is not a guarantee of sales, revenue, leads, engagement, or profit.
Data Handling and Export Responsibility
If you import, manage, or export contact records, you must handle them securely and only for lawful purposes. Do not share exported files carelessly, and restrict access to staff or contractors who genuinely need it. You remain responsible for the privacy, confidentiality, and lawful use of all personal data you place in or export from the service.
Prohibited Practices
Do not send spam, phishing, malware, threats, hate, harassment, deceptive promotions, illegal content, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages involving prohibited products or services. Do not upload scraped, stolen, purchased, rented, randomly generated, or otherwise unauthorized contact data. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Technical Abuse
Do not attempt to bypass limits, share accounts to evade subscriptions, overload cron or APIs, probe the server, exploit vulnerabilities, falsify webhooks, misuse payment notifications, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
Enforcement
The operator may limit, suspend, or terminate access and may delete abusive campaigns or contacts when necessary to protect users, providers, hosting resources, or legal compliance. No refund is owed for suspension caused by a policy violation.
