Terms & Conditions
By using WA FollowUp Manager, you agree to these Terms and to all linked policies. Use the service only for lawful business communication and only with contacts who have consented to receive WhatsApp messages.
Plans and Usage Limits
The Free plan supports a maximum of 50 contacts, 1 contact group or shareable opt-in page, and 5 follow-up steps per sequence. The Premium plan costs USD 5 per month and supports a maximum of 1,000 contacts, 3 contact groups or shareable opt-in pages, and 10 follow-up steps per sequence. The VIP plan costs USD 50 per month and supports a maximum of 10,000 contacts, 10 contact groups or shareable opt-in pages, and 30 follow-up steps per sequence. Checkout may display the configured equivalent Indonesian Rupiah amount through the payment gateway.
Plan limits apply to uploaded and stored contacts, contact groups, shareable opt-in pages, sequence steps, campaigns, and queued follow-up processing. The application may reject, pause, or mark items as plan-limited when the active account level does not permit them. Attempts to bypass plan limits through edited forms, direct requests, imports, or other technical methods are prohibited.
Paid access begins only after a successful payment confirmation and normally runs for 30 days per completed payment. If payment is completed before the current paid period expires, the new period may be added from the existing expiry date. If payment is completed after the account has already returned to Free, a new paid period begins from the successful payment time. A cancellation request does not immediately remove paid access; the paid plan remains active until the end of the already-paid period and then changes to Free.
If a manual payment method such as bank transfer is used, the system is designed to send email reminders approximately 7 days and 3 days before expiry, but the user must still complete the renewal payment manually. When paid access expires without a successful renewal, the account returns to the Free plan and an expiry notice may be sent. Existing records or sequence steps above the Free limits may remain stored, but creating additional records, adding steps, scheduling beyond the active allowance, or processing out-of-plan queued steps may be blocked. Eligible plan-limited items may become available again after a successful upgrade, subject to consent, provider, timing, campaign, and technical requirements.
Payments
Payments are processed by the configured payment gateway or another payment provider selected by the operator. Users are responsible for providing correct billing information. Third-party transaction, banking, currency-conversion, tax, or WhatsApp messaging charges may apply separately from the WA FollowUp Manager subscription.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the application for spam, harassment, deceptive communication, illegal offers, unauthorized scraping, purchased contact lists, prohibited products, abusive messaging, or attempts to bypass WhatsApp, Meta, hosting, payment, or telecommunications rules.
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Imports require a declaration of lawful permission. The service may record consent source, date, evidence, form version, and technical verification data. Numbers that opt out may remain on a suppression list even if the contact record is deleted, so they are not accidentally messaged again.
WhatsApp and Provider Rules
You are responsible for contact consent, approved templates where required, message category, frequency, daily limits, account quality, sender verification, and compliance with the rules of Meta, WhatsApp, OpenWA, Twilio, mobile operators, and any other provider you connect.
No Affiliation with WhatsApp or Meta
WA FollowUp Manager is an independent software product operated by Remoxus. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, or their affiliates. References to WhatsApp, Meta, or other providers are descriptive only and do not imply any partnership or ownership.
User Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, anti-spam, telecommunications, marketing, and data-protection laws, including consent collection, message records, unsubscribe handling where applicable, and lawful international data transfer requirements.
Sub Accounts and Managed Account Access
An account owner may invite another registered email address to act as a sub account or account manager. Invitation links are valid for 24 hours and cannot be used after expiry. An accepted manager can select the owner’s workspace from the Managed Account selector and can access or change operational data available through that workspace, including contacts, groups, senders, templates, sequences, campaigns, queue items, logs, and messages.
The account owner is responsible for inviting only trusted and authorized people. The manager is responsible for using access only for the owner’s lawful purposes and instructions. Billing, checkout, cancellation, transaction history, owner login credentials, owner email changes, owner password changes, and owner account deletion remain owner-only unless the service expressly provides otherwise.
Either side may disconnect the managed-account relationship. The owner may cancel a pending invitation or revoke accepted access from Settings, and the manager may disconnect an account they manage. Access ends when the relationship is disconnected. Actions already taken before disconnection may remain in operational and security logs. Remoxus is not responsible for loss or unauthorized changes caused by an owner inviting the wrong person, failing to revoke access, or sharing credentials outside the managed-account feature.
Account and Credential Responsibility
You are responsible for login credentials, API tokens, payment details, sender numbers, imported contacts, templates, webhook settings, and message content. Never share sensitive credentials publicly.
Data Export and Sensitive Data Responsibility
The service may allow export of contacts, logs, transactions, and other records. Exported files may contain personal or business-sensitive information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, notes, tags, consent status, and billing references. You are solely responsible for controlling who can access, download, store, forward, or open those exports.
Do not upload or export personal data unless you have a lawful basis to do so. Do not store highly sensitive, special-category, or regulated data in the service unless you have independently verified that doing so is lawful, necessary, and properly protected. Remoxus is not responsible for losses caused by user-side downloads, insecure sharing, local device compromise, misaddressed exports, or disclosure by the user or the user's staff.
No Delivery or Availability Guarantee
Delivery and availability depend on third-party APIs, account status, template approval, network conditions, hosting resources, cron execution, recipient eligibility, payment status, and platform changes. Scheduled time is a processing target, not a guarantee of exact delivery time.
WhatsApp Account, Number, and Device Risk
The service is provided without any guarantee that a WhatsApp number, account, business account, linked device, API account, template, or session will remain active. Third parties may restrict, suspend, ban, disconnect, or permanently disable them.
Remoxus and the service operator are not responsible for bans, suspensions, number loss, device restrictions, rejected templates, message failure, lost revenue, data loss, or any direct or indirect loss caused by platform enforcement, automation detection, provider changes, hosting interruption, user behavior, or misuse.
No Income, Sales, or Business Result Guarantee
WA FollowUp Manager provides software tools for contact management, opt-in collection, follow-up scheduling, message logging, and supported integrations. The service does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales, conversion rate, customer acquisition, engagement rate, buying decisions, open rates, or any other business or financial result.
Any examples, screenshots, promotional wording, case descriptions, or feature explanations are illustrative only. They are not promises, warranties, financial advice, marketing advice, or performance guarantees. Users are solely responsible for their offer, pricing, audience, copywriting, compliance, sender reputation, campaign strategy, and business decisions.
Data Processing and Privacy Requests
The Data Processing Agreement applies when Remoxus processes contact and campaign data on the user’s instructions. Categories of supporting providers are listed on the Subprocessors page. Verified access, correction, export, deletion, opt-out, and misuse reports can be submitted through the Privacy Request page.
Data Retention
Routine operational logs, temporary exports, and older WhatsApp reply/chat records may be removed after the configured retention period, which is generally up to 3 months. Paid invoice details and limited accounting or dispute records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, legal claims, tax obligations, or compliance. Sensitive provider responses, payment URLs, and billing phone details may be minimized or removed earlier while the essential transaction record is retained.
Inactive Accounts
An account with no meaningful activity for 24 consecutive months may be scheduled for deletion. Meaningful activity includes login, an active paid subscription, active automations, recent API or webhook use, and unresolved billing or support matters.
The system is designed to send warning emails approximately 90, 30, and 7 days before the inactivity date. At 24 months, the account enters a 30-day recovery period and another notice is sent. Logging in or resuming meaningful activity during the warning or recovery period cancels the scheduled deletion.
After recovery expires, operational data such as contacts, campaigns, messages, integrations, support content, queued newsletters, and uploaded files may be permanently deleted. Limited anonymized payment or audit records may remain where legally or contractually required. Delivery of notices depends on the user maintaining a valid email address and working email service.
Suspension and Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access for abuse, excessive resource use, unpaid charges, attempts to compromise the service, unlawful activity, repeated complaints, or violations of these policies.
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, delivery success, account safety, compatibility, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
