Acceptable Use Policy

WA FollowUp Manager may be used only for lawful, permission-based business communication. This policy supplements the Terms and Usage Policy.

Consent and Sender Identity

You must have a lawful basis and verifiable permission before adding a person to a follow-up campaign. Keep evidence of when, where, how, and for what purpose consent was obtained. Messages must accurately identify the business or sender and must not conceal their commercial purpose.

Prohibited Contact Sources

Do not use scraped numbers, stolen data, purchased or rented contact databases, randomly generated numbers, directory harvesting, credential leaks, or contacts obtained by deception. Importing a file is a declaration that you are authorized to use its data.

Prohibited Messages and Activities

Do not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, illegal gambling, unlawful financial schemes, deceptive health claims, prohibited goods or services, unlawful political persuasion, exploitation of children, or any activity that violates applicable law or provider rules.

Opt-out and Suppression

Honor STOP, unsubscribe, do-not-contact, blocking, and equivalent requests promptly. A suppressed number must not be reactivated merely by deleting and importing it again. It may be restored only after genuinely renewed consent that can be documented.

Technical and Platform Abuse

Do not bypass plan limits, falsify consent, forge webhooks, manipulate payment callbacks, evade provider restrictions, overload APIs or cron jobs, probe other users’ data, upload malicious files, or attempt unauthorized access.

Enforcement

Remoxus may pause campaigns, request consent evidence, restrict exports or sending, preserve relevant audit records, suspend an account, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect recipients, comply with law, or protect service providers. Severe or repeated violations may result in termination without a refund to the extent permitted by law.

Reporting Abuse

To report unauthorized use of your phone number or personal data, submit a Privacy Request and select “Report unauthorized use of my number.”
