Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan supports up to 50 contacts and includes sequences, campaigns, queue processing, logs, and supported sender configurations.
What is included in the Paid plan?
The Premium plan costs USD 5 per month and supports up to 1,000 contacts. The VIP plan costs USD 50 per month and supports up to 10,000 contacts. Payment is made through the configured Indonesian Rupiah equivalent through the payment gateway. The system sends renewal reminders 7 days and 3 days before expiry for active paid plans. If no new payment is completed by the expiry time, the account is automatically changed to Free and an email notification is sent.
Does the subscription include WhatsApp message charges?
No. Meta, Twilio, WATI, Qiscus, mobile operators, or other providers may charge separate messaging, template, number, or platform fees.
Do you guarantee higher sales, revenue, or income?
No. WA FollowUp Manager is an automation tool. It does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales growth, conversion rates, leads, engagement, open rates, or any specific business result.
Why are WABA ID and Phone Number ID different?
The WhatsApp Business Account ID identifies the business account. The Phone Number ID identifies the sender number used by the Graph API.
Do I need a webhook?
A webhook is used to receive delivery, read, failed, and incoming-message events. Outbound sending still uses the Phone Number ID and access token.
Why did a scheduled message not run?
Confirm that the campaign created queue jobs, the scheduled time has arrived in the saved timezone, the sender is active, and cron is calling the application regularly.
Can WhatsApp ban my number?
Yes. No official or unofficial integration can guarantee that a number, account, device, template, or API will never be restricted. Use consent-based messaging and follow provider rules.
How do sub accounts and managed accounts work?
An owner sends an invitation from Settings → Sub Accounts. The invitation link expires after 24 hours. After acceptance, the invited user signs in and chooses the owner’s account from the Managed Account selector above Dashboard. The manager can work with the owner’s operational data, while billing, transaction history, owner credentials, and owner account deletion remain owner-only.
How can managed access be removed?
The owner can cancel a pending invitation or disconnect accepted access from the Invitation & Access List. The manager can also disconnect the relationship from the Managed Accounts table. Access ends immediately after disconnection, although prior actions may remain in security or operational logs.
What happens if I do not use my account for two years?
After 24 consecutive months without meaningful activity, the account enters a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion. The system sends notices approximately 90, 30, and 7 days beforehand and again when recovery begins. Logging in during the notice or recovery period cancels deletion. Active paid subscriptions, active automations, recent API or webhook use, and unresolved billing or support matters count as meaningful activity.
What data is retained after an inactive account is deleted?
Operational data such as contacts, messages, campaigns, integrations, support content, and uploaded files is deleted. Limited anonymized invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or deletion-audit records may be retained where required for accounting, disputes, legal claims, or compliance.
Are payments refundable?
Paid digital access is generally non-refundable after activation, subject to the limited cases described in the Refund Policy.
