By using RideSend, you agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or restricted goods for delivery.

Drivers are responsible for accepting only jobs they can complete safely and legally. Customers are responsible for preparing packages properly and being available at pickup/drop-off points.

Fares shown by the system are estimates based on configured pricing and distance input. Final operational policies, payment collection, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are controlled by the site owner.

The site owner may suspend accounts, cancel bookings, or restrict access when abuse, fraud, unsafe behavior, or policy violations are detected.
