RideSend collects account information, contact details, booking addresses, optional location coordinates, package details, driver details, and usage logs to operate ride pickup and package delivery services.

We use this data for account authentication, email verification, booking dispatch, driver coordination, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.

Booking information may be visible to the assigned driver, customer, and authorized administrators. We do not sell user data. Data may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Users are responsible for entering accurate pickup, drop-off, recipient, and contact information. Account passwords are stored using secure hashing.
