Terms of Service
Effective date: 14 July 2026
1. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Remoxus Clipper and the processing providers you connect a limited license to access, import, copy, transcribe, analyze, transform, store, host, and deliver that content only as needed to operate the service.
You represent that you own the content or have all permissions, licenses, releases, and legal authority required for the requested processing. This includes copyright, music, privacy, publicity or likeness, trademark, and platform permissions.
2. Third-party video links
Technical access to a public link does not mean the content is free to use. Remoxus Clipper does not verify ownership and does not grant publishing, distribution, or monetization rights. You must also comply with the source platform's terms.
3. Bring Your Own Key and provider charges
Every user must connect a personal OpusClip API key from an account they control. Remoxus does not provide a shared OpusClip key, processing credits, or payment account. Requests made with your key are subject to your provider subscription, quotas, credits, pricing, terms, privacy policy, availability, and retention rules. Provider charges are your responsibility and are separate from any Remoxus subscription or service fee.
You must not enter an API key that you are not authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting your provider account, rotating compromised keys, and keeping a valid key connected while jobs are active.
4. Cloud processing
Jobs, source URLs, source media, transcripts, and outputs may be processed and stored by the provider connected by you. Remoxus is not responsible for provider outages, rejected sources, depleted credits, expired result links, pricing changes, or charges made by the provider.
5. Copyright exceptions
Any reliance on fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, review, reporting, education, parody, or another exception is your responsibility. Exceptions vary by country and depend on specific facts. A clip being short, credited, non-commercial, or under 59 seconds does not by itself make the use lawful.
6. Copyright complaints and repeat infringement
We may disable access to content while reviewing a sufficiently complete copyright complaint. We may remove result links, issue account strikes, preserve relevant records, and suspend or terminate repeat infringers. The default suspension threshold is three active copyright strikes, but we may act sooner for serious or obvious abuse.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service for unlawful copying, unauthorized API usage, rights evasion, deceptive deepfakes, exploitation, doxxing, harassment, malware, or content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. AI and availability
AI-selected highlights, captions, titles, and crops may be inaccurate. You must review every output before publication. The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted processing, virality, accuracy, or legal suitability.
9. Enforcement and termination
We may reject jobs, restrict features, remove links, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, platforms, providers, or the service.
10. Remoxus subscription billing
Paid Remoxus plans are displayed in US dollars for product pricing. Because iPaymu processes checkout in Indonesian rupiah, the application converts the selected USD price using the latest available USD-to-IDR reference rate obtained from an external exchange-rate data provider and shown before payment. The rate may be a daily reference rate rather than an intraday retail bank rate. During a temporary provider outage, the application may use the latest successfully cached rate for a limited period and will indicate this where relevant. The final IDR checkout amount shown before payment is the amount payable to Remoxus.
Coupons apply to the IDR checkout amount. Subscription access is activated only after a successful payment notification is recorded. Taxes, payment-channel fees, refund handling, and consumer remedies are handled according to applicable law, the published refund process, and the payment provider rules.
11. Contact
Copyright notices must be submitted through the Copyright Report form. These terms are a product template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
