Copyright and Takedown Policy
Remoxus Clipper is a content-processing tool. Users may submit public links, but they must have the rights or legal authority required for the requested processing and later publication.
Submitting a complaint
A rights holder or authorized representative may submit a Copyright Report. The report should identify the copyrighted work, identify the Remoxus Clipper output or job, provide contact details, and include good-faith and accuracy declarations with an electronic signature.
Review process
We may request additional information, restrict access while reviewing, notify the affected user, remove generated files, record a strike, or reject an incomplete or unsupported report. A report does not guarantee removal.
Counter notice
A user who believes content was removed because of mistake or misidentification may submit a Counter Notice. Counter notices may be shared with the complainant as part of the resolution process.
Repeat infringers
Accounts with repeated valid complaints may be suspended or terminated. The configured default threshold is 3 active strikes, while serious abuse can result in earlier action.
No legal determination
Remoxus Clipper does not decide whether a use is fair use or another legal exception. Those questions depend on applicable law and specific facts. This process is not a substitute for legal advice or a court order.
