Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Remoxus website, apps, and related digital and business services. By accessing the website, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Remoxus provides digital execution and business support services, including app development, workflow automation, AI-assisted content systems, AI agents, operational support, marketplaces for apps, and related consulting or implementation services.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

  • You must use the website, apps, and services only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not misuse, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, scrape without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • You must not upload or submit malicious code, infringing material, unlawful content, personal data without proper authority, or misleading information.

3. Proposals, Orders, and Project Scope

General website content is informational. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, support, data handling instructions, service levels, ownership, and timelines are defined separately in proposals, quotations, invoices, statements of work, or other written agreements. If there is any conflict, the signed or accepted project agreement will control.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website content, branding, interface elements, app marketplace materials, and pre-existing tools, templates, or know-how remain the property of Remoxus or its licensors. Ownership of client deliverables, source files, or licenses depends on the applicable project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful content, required approvals, credentials, and any necessary rights to materials submitted to us. Clients remain responsible for verifying business, legal, marketing, regulatory, and industry-specific compliance before deploying content, automations, or AI systems.

6. AI, Automation, and Third-Party Platforms

AI-assisted tools, automations, and integrations may produce outputs that require human review. Third-party platforms, APIs, hosting environments, payment services, messaging platforms, and cloud providers may affect performance or availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy actions, or restrictions imposed by those third parties.

7. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Fees, billing schedules, taxes, subscriptions, milestones, and refund rules will be described in the relevant proposal, order, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, completed services and already incurred work may be non-refundable.

8. Confidentiality and Data Handling

Where we receive confidential business information or personal data, both parties should handle it responsibly and in accordance with applicable agreements and law. Please review our Privacy Policy for how we generally handle personal data.

9. Disclaimer

Except where explicitly agreed in writing, the website, apps, and informational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, or fitness for every business purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remoxus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, downtime, or third-party platform disruptions. Our total liability in relation to a specific paid service will generally not exceed the amount paid for that service during the applicable claim period, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, apps, or services where necessary for security, maintenance, non-payment, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or breach of these terms or a service agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through the competent forum under applicable Indonesian law, unless another dispute mechanism is agreed in writing.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version posted on this website will apply from the stated effective date.
