Acceptable Use

Player Registration
Submitting a registration does not guarantee participation. Registration may require email verification and organizer approval. Organizers may approve, reject, or remove entries according to event rules.
Tournament Formats
The application supports Swiss System, Round Robin, Knockout, Team, and Arena tournament management. Organizers are responsible for choosing the correct format, number of rounds, time control, and event rules.
Results and Standings
Pairings, results, and standings are managed by authorized administrators. Players should report result disputes to the organizer directly.
Administrator Responsibility
Administrators are responsible for database configuration, hosting security, email delivery setup, event accuracy, participant approval, and compliance with local rules or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
The website is provided as a tournament management tool. The operator is not responsible for incorrect event settings, hosting issues, email delivery failures, participant disputes, or organizer decisions.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the application, tournament rules, or legal requirements change.
