Autogen stores account details, login sessions, user-generated prompts, generated content, encrypted AI API keys, encrypted OAuth tokens, Google Drive connection details, and basic operational logs needed to run the dashboard.

Users may optionally agree to receive product updates and promotional emails during registration. Promotional email consent is stored separately and can be used only for updates related to this service. Users may unsubscribe by contacting the site owner or using any unsubscribe method provided in future email campaigns.

AI API keys are provided by users and encrypted before storage. Generated content may be sent to the selected AI provider and, when connected, uploaded to the user's Google Drive. Users are responsible for reviewing provider privacy terms before using each integration.
