Self-hosted software

PeopleCore HRIS stores information in the database selected by the organization installing it. The organization operating the installation is responsible for determining why employee data is collected, who may access it, and how long it is retained.

Data handled

The application can store employee identity and contact details, employment records, attendance, leave, payroll data, account credentials, and activity logs. Passwords are stored as secure hashes.

Administrator responsibilities

Administrators should restrict access, use HTTPS, maintain backups, apply server updates, remove demo accounts, and comply with applicable privacy and employment laws.
